Based on practical research, the thesis has assessed the needs and satisfaction of tourists, the ability to provide food services at street food stalls in the area, thereby giving general assessments of the current status of street food tourism activities in Hanoi, especially in the Old Quarter. From there, the successes and limitations in exploiting street food today are drawn and used as a basis for proposing solutions to develop street food culture to serve tourism business in the capital.
In summary, the thesis has affirmed the importance of exploiting the cultural values of street food in tourism activities in Hanoi. From there, it shows the development potential of street food tourism products in serving tourism in the capital. On that basis, it proposes a number of specific solutions and recommendations to maximize the cultural values of street food, contributing to making this tourism product one of the main tourism products of Hanoi.
11. Practical application:
Street food and street food culture are one of the unique and attractive tourism resources of Hanoi but so far have not been exploited to its full potential. Recognizing this reality, closely following the current status of exploiting street food in tourism business activities, the thesis has proposed solutions with high applicability in practice. Implementing these solutions well will ensure the effective exploitation of the values of street food to serve tourism business, contributing to making Hanoi street food tourism products more attractive and appealing while bringing more benefits to the overall development of the capital's tourism industry.

Based on actual studies, the thesis provides assessment on demands and satisfactory of the tourists and capability in providing food and beverage services in the local street food shops from which general assessment on current situation of tourism and street cuisine activities in Hanoi, especially at the old quarter as well as successful and limited aspects in current exploitation of street cuisines are withdrawn and given as base for mapping out solutions for development of street cuisine arts that serve business in the capital.
In short, the thesis affirms the importance of exploitation of street cuisine arts and value in tourism activities in Hanoi which shows development potential of street cuisine tourism items serving the tourism of the capital and based on which, a number of specific solutions and suggestions have been given to optimally bring into play the street cuisine arts and value contributes to bringing this tourism item into one of key tourism items of Hanoi.

Street cuisine and street cuisine arts are one of unique and attractive tourism resources of Hanoi, however, exploitation proper to its potential so far hasn't been implemented. Being aware of such fact and sticking closely to actual street cuisine exploitation in current tourism business activities, the thesis provides solutions highly applicable in reality. Well practicing of such solutions shall ensure efficiency of exploitation of value of street cuisine serving tourism business, partially providing contribution to make Hanoi street cuisine arts and tourism more attractive and interesting as well as bringing more benefits to the general development of tourism sector of the capital.
