The thesis achieved the following results:

Firstly, the thesis has systematized basic theoretical issues on financial policy, small and medium enterprises, technological innovation activities in enterprises as well as the impact between financial policy and technological innovation activities in enterprises.

Second, with the evidence, the thesis analyzed and clarified the current state of technological innovation and the impact of financial policies on technological innovation activities in helmet manufacturing enterprises. From there, the author analyzed the difficulties and barriers in financial policies to technological innovation activities in small and medium enterprises.

Third, the thesis has proposed policy solutions related to tax and credit to promote technological innovation activities in small and medium enterprises.

11. Practical application:

The thesis is a reference document for those who study the field of finance in enterprises (specifically, the management of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises). Moreover, financial policy solutions will be suggestions for enterprises to develop strategies to promote technological innovation activities to improve competitiveness, especially in the context of the current fourth industrial revolution.
