10. Summary of the thesis results:

- This thesis systematizes basic knowledge about labor relations and labor relations management in enterprises in the context of current integration. Based on this theory, along with a survey of the current state of labor relations and labor relations management at Prime Dai Viet Joint Stock Company, the thesis proposes several solutions for managing labor relations to improve the quality of labor relations, thereby enhancing the labor and business performance of the Company.

- This thesis clarifies the factors that strongly impact labor relations and labor relations management in enterprises in the context of integration and especially in the current information explosion context, such as issues of wages, working conditions, workers' rights, etc.

- In the case of Prime Dai Viet Joint Stock Company, in addition to the achievements already made, labor relations and labor relations management need to be better managed through some basic solutions such as strengthening communication work, further enhancing the role of the trade union organization, etc.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis provides a theoretical basis for labor relations and labor relations management, serving as a useful reference for research, teaching, and learning about labor relations in particular and human resource management in general within enterprises.

These practical surveys and recommendations for the case can be considered and evaluated by the leadership of Prime Dai Viet Joint Stock Company for gradual implementation.

In the context of integration and information bloomed, labor relations in an enterprise, has strongly influenced by many factors such as salary, labor conditions, labor rights, etc…

In the case of Prime Dai Viet Joint-stock Company, labor relations have been managed well but some issues which are communication, role of labor union, etc,...should be improved.
