10. Summary of thesis results:

The author has studied the theories of management science, management methods and management by objectives. The author has also studied used engine oil, the harmful effects of used engine oil on the environment and studied the current methods of recycling waste oil.

In chapter two, the author also learns about the development history of Van Dao oil and gas company. In addition, the author learns about the method of recycling waste oil at Van Dao company, the current situation of recycling used engine oil at the company and mentions the current situation of management of recycling used engine oil at Van Dao company. In chapter 3, the author learns about the management experience of recycling used engine oil of countries around the world, points out the conditions and challenges when applying the multi-objective management method to Van Dao oil and gas company today and proposes the application method according to specific steps for the above management method.

The thesis not only contributes to the completion of the theory of management by objectives in the field of management science but also contributes an effective method for the management of hazardous waste (used engine oil) to protect the environment at Van Dao oil and gas company in particular and for Vietnam in general.

The author has studied the theory of scientific management, management methods and targeted management practices. The author has also conducted research on the used motor oil, the harms of second-hand machine oils to the environment and the methods of recycling waste oil at present.

In chapter two, the author also studies on the development history of Van Dao Company. Besides, the author has researched about methods of recycling waste oil in the company Van Dao, the current situation of recycling used motor oil in the company and referred to the management situation of recycling used motor oil in company Van Dao. In Chapter 3, the author has discussed on management experience in recycling used motor oil of the countries in the world, pointing out the conditions and challenges of applying multi-targeted management methods in Van Dao companies at present and recommended how to apply under the specific steps for managing the above methods.

The thesis not only contributes to the improvement of management theory by objectives in the field of science management but also offers a more effective method for the management of hazardous waste (used motor oil) aim to protect the environment in Van Dao Company and in Vietnam, generally.
