The thesis analyzes the basic contents of social responsibility of a university. The content is expressed through answering 3 questions: Who is the subject of social responsibility? What is the obligation to them? How to measure the implementation of that responsibility? Comparing the theoretical basis with the actual assessment of the implementation of social responsibility at the University of Information Technology and Communications - Thai Nguyen University, the topic has pointed out the results achieved and the limitations that need to be overcome in the implementation of the school's social responsibility. The thesis offers a number of solutions that can be applied immediately in practice, implementation methods and a number of recommendations for effectively applying those solutions in practice.

The thesis provides a theoretical basis for university social responsibility; provides some solutions and recommendations that can be applied immediately at the University of Information Technology and Communications or can be applied to other universities.

The Thesis shown results achieved and drawbacks which need to solve. Besides, It also provided information about a number of practical solutions which can help them solve numerous problems.
