Based on a systematic study of legal regulations on the transfer of industrial property rights and limitations in the application and enforcement of the law, the thesis has proposed several solutions to improve the law, such as: (1) having a unified document of legal regulations on the transfer of industrial property rights; (2) needing to quickly issue a legal document related to the method of valuing intellectual property rights; (3) competent authorities need to provide detailed and clear guidance through a guidebook so that applicants know their risks from the time of establishing rights, especially for trademarks; (4) needing specific regulations related to the transfer of usage rights, that the recipient, upon receiving the industrial property object, must not reduce the value or reputation of the industrial property object by purchasing it to eliminate it. At the same time, the thesis also makes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of applying the law on the transfer of industrial property rights.
With the above results, the thesis topic has demonstrated scientific significance and practical relevance, including: analyzing the current state of the law on the protection of intellectual property rights, and from there, proposing some solutions to improve and enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement.

On the basis of scientific research the legal provisions on the transfer of industrial property rights and limitations in the process of application and enforcement of the law, the thesis has proposed a number of solutions to improve the legal regulations such as: (1) there should be a unified document on the legal provisions on the transfer of industrial property rights; (2) it is necessary to quickly issue a legislative document related to the method of valuing IP rights; (3) competent authorities should provide detailed and clear guidance through manuals so that applicants may know the risks that can be incurred at the time of establishing rights, especially regarding the application of trademarks; (4) there should be specific regulations related to the obligation of the transferee when entering into the transfer of industrial property rights in which the transferee shall not conduct any actions to reduce the value of the reputation of the industrial property object in the manner of purchasing to destroy the industrial property object.
In addition, the thesis also makes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the application of legal regulations on transferring industrial property rights.
