The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1: Overview of the composition, content, and value of archival documents generated in the activities of departments under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Chapter 1 provides an overview of the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry, its departments, and the Department of Cultural Heritage; the composition, content, and value of archival documents generated in the activities of the departments under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In particular, we analyze the necessity of managing the archival work of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Chapter 2: Archival Management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (through the case of the Department of Cultural Heritage).

In Chapter 2, we conduct a survey and evaluation of current measures regarding archival work on the following aspects: organizational structure and personnel for archival work, development and issuance of management and guidance documents for archival work, scientific organization of archival documents, application of information technology to the management of specialized records of the Department of Cultural Heritage; and assessment of the responsibilities of the Archives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in managing archival work.

Chapter 3. Proposed solutions for managing archival work at departments under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Chapter 3 presents optimal measures to improve the management of archival work within the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at its affiliated departments. These include measures from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Cultural Heritage regarding organization, personnel, document issuance, and the application of information technology in archival work.

11. Practical applications:

The results of this research contribute to improving the efficiency of archival work at the Department of Cultural Heritage and other departments under the Ministry, and are applicable measures for managing the Ministry's archival work at units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

12. Future research directions:

On a broader scale, further research could be conducted to clarify the methods of managing archives in central ministries and agencies.

The thesis consists of three chapters with the following basic content:

Chapter 1: Essential components, content and value of archived documents formed in the activities of the departments of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In Chapter 1, we introduce the overview of the functions, mission, organizational structure of the Ministry, the Departments of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Cultural Heritage Department; the components, content and value of the archived documents formed in the activities of the Departments of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Among the other things, we analyze clearly the need to manage the archiving work of the Cultural Heritage Department.

Chapter 2: Management of the archiving work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (the case study of the Cultural heritage Department).

In Chapter 2, we conducted surveys and reviews of the existing archiving measures on the following aspects: Organization of the apparatus and personnel to perform the archiving work, building and issuance of documents for directing the archiving work, scientific organization of archives, application of information technology to the management of specialized documents of the Cultural Heritage Department; reviews of the responsibilities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the management of the archiving work.

Chapter 3. Solutions proposed for management of the archiving work of the departments of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In Chapter 3, the author proposes the optimal measure to improve the management of the archiving work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in its Departments. They include the measures to be taken by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the measures to be taken by The Cultural Heritage Department on the organization, personnel; issuance of documents, application of information technology to the archiving work.

11. The possibility of application in practice:

The findings of the study contribute to improving the effectiveness of the archiving work at the Cultural Heritage Department and the Departments of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, are measures to be taken to the management of archiving work of the units of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

12. The next research directions:

In a wider scope, further research can be done to clarify the methods of management of archiving work of the Ministries, central agencies.
