This thesis focuses on researching the current state of information and library activities at the Institute of Building Materials – Ministry of Construction. The survey results show that information and library activities at the Institute of Building Materials have basic organizational, management, and operational functions; however, they remain at a rudimentary level, lacking significant investment in both financial resources and human resources, as well as a specific development strategy to effectively support the Institute's research activities.

This thesis is based on the current state of information and library activities to propose solutions for strengthening and developing information and library activities at the Institute of Building Materials.

Identifying strengths and weaknesses in library information services, and subsequently proposing feasible solutions and strategic directions for library development to improve and enhance the effectiveness of library information services.

Thesis focuses on the current status of library information activities at the Institute of Building Materials - Ministry of Construction. The results of the survey show that information and library activities at the Institute of Building Materials had basic organization, management and operation activities, but still at the elementary level. It is lack of investment in both finance and human resources, as well as specific development strategies to serve the research activities of the Institute better and better.

Theses are based on the status of information- library activities to provide solutions to enhance and develop information - library activities at the Institute of Building Materials.
