- Research and clarify the legal basis for the collection and management of precious and rare archival documents, specifically the methods of collection, management, safe preservation, prolonging the current status and technical condition, and promoting the value of the Royal Decrees in Hanoi.

- Research, survey and evaluate the current status of management activities of precious and rare archival documents in Hanoi city in specific aspects. From there, the author points out the advantages achieved and the shortcomings that need to be overcome along with the subjective and objective causes in the management and promotion of the value of Dao Sac Phong documents in Hanoi city.
