Chapter 3: Some solutions to improve the effectiveness of reception work at the Office of the Ministry of Construction.
Based on the survey results and assessment of the current state of reception work at the Office of the Ministry of Construction in Chapter 2, this thesis proposes several solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of reception work at the Office of the Ministry of Construction.

Chapter 2: Current status for the reception work at the Office of the Ministry of Construction
The content of this chapter focuses on surveying the implementation organization, from which providing comments, evaluating the advantages, limitations and analyzing the causes of the dangers in the reception work at the Office of the Ministry of Construction.
Chapter 3: A number of solutions to improve the efficiency of the reception work at the Office of the Ministry of Construction.
Based on the survey and evaluation results for the current status of the reception work at the Office of the Ministry of Construction in Chapter 2, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of the reception work at the office of the Ministry of Construction.
