The content of this chapter focuses on surveying the implementation organization, thereby giving comments, evaluating the advantages, limitations and analyzing the causes of the existing problems in the reception work of the Ministry of Construction Office.

Chapter 3: Some solutions to improve the efficiency of reception work at the Ministry of Construction Office.

Based on the survey results and assessment of the current status of reception work of the Ministry of Construction Office in chapter 2, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of organizing reception work of the Ministry of Construction Office.
