Summary of Thesis Results: From the research results of the thesis "The Current Situation of Support for Training and Job Search for Disabled Youth of Ethnic Minorities in Hoa Binh Province (Research in Mai Chau District, Hoa Binh Province)", the author investigated the current situation of implementing activities related to training and job search for disabled youth of ethnic minorities in the area. The research results show that there are still many difficulties in implementation, leading to a very low rate of vocational training and job search for disabled youth of ethnic minorities in the area. The need for vocational training and job search for disabled youth in the area is very urgent, but there are still quite a few factors affecting the issue of supporting vocational training and job search for disabled youth of ethnic minorities in Mai Chau district. They face many barriers in accessing resources; local policies are not fully implemented or timely, and their effectiveness is limited; the coordination of resources is also restricted. Therefore, young people with disabilities from ethnic minorities in the study area need more support from resources, especially the enhanced role of social workers in assisting these individuals.
