- From the documents we have collected, first of all, it must be affirmed that this is the first scientific work to study the concept of freedom of I. Berlin in the work "Four Essays on Freedom". Therefore, the thesis has opened a new research direction on the concept of freedom of the 20th century Western philosopher - Isaiah Berlin. Within the framework of the thesis, we limit the scope of our research to the work:Four essays on liberty.
