10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis has systematized the general theoretical basis on the issue of internal communication in FDI enterprises and the role of press channels in internal communication of FDI enterprises. In which, it mentions communication, internal communication, communication in FDI enterprises, press channels in internal communication and communication activities in FDI enterprises.

The thesis has analyzed and evaluated the current situation and specificity of internal communication activities in FDI enterprises. In addition, the thesis also evaluated the current situation and difficulties through studying communication activities at 02 selected enterprises, Samsung Electronics Company and Yamaha Motor Company, thereby systematizing the theoretical framework of communication for FDI enterprises.

From there, the thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of internal communication in FDI enterprises in the coming time.

11. Practical application:

The project provides an overview of the position and role of internal communication activities at the two surveyed enterprises; provides assessments and recommendations to help organizations and individuals working in communication to refer to, consider and adjust development strategies to be most suitable, economical and effective.

In practice, the topic will be a reference document for managers at the two surveyed enterprises, helping them gain more knowledge as well as new perspectives on how to approach press channels in internal communication.

12. Further research directions:

Besides the results as analyzed and mentioned above, the thesis still has certain limitations and shortcomings such as: the survey scale is not large and only surveyed internal communication activities in 02 FDI enterprises. Therefore, the next research direction of the topic is to expand the survey to internal communication activities in FDI enterprises.

Besides the results that have been mentioned, the thesis also has limitations such as the scale of the survey is still limited in 2 FDI enterprises' internal communication. Therefore, the further researches should be extended to internal communications activities in FDI enterprises.
