10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis systematizes the general theoretical basis of internal communication in FDI enterprises and the role of the press in internal communication within FDI enterprises. Specifically, it addresses communication, internal communication, communication within FDI enterprises, the role of the press in internal communication, and communication activities within FDI enterprises.

This thesis analyzes and evaluates the current state and specific characteristics of internal communication activities in FDI enterprises. In addition, the thesis assesses the current situation and difficulties through the study of communication activities at two selected companies, Samsung Electronics and Yamaha Motor, in order to systematize a theoretical framework for communication in FDI enterprises.

Therefore, this thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of internal communication in FDI enterprises in the future.

11. Practical applications:

This study provides an overview of the position and role of internal communication activities in the two surveyed businesses; it offers assessments and recommendations to help organizations and individuals involved in communication to refer to, consider, and adjust their development strategies to be as appropriate, cost-effective, and efficient as possible.

In practical terms, this study will serve as a reference for managers at the two surveyed companies, providing them with additional knowledge and a new perspective on how to approach media channels in internal communication.

12. Future research directions:

Besides the results analyzed and mentioned above, the thesis still has certain limitations and shortcomings, such as: the survey scale is not broad enough and only internal communication activities in two FDI enterprises have been surveyed. Therefore, the next research direction of the thesis is to expand the survey to include internal communication activities in FDI enterprises.

The thesis has analyzed and evaluated the current specific characteristics of internal communication activities in FDI enterprises. By carrying out research in communication activities in SEV and Yamaha Motor, the thesis has assessed the situation, difficulties and physics presented the theoretical basis of FDI enterprises' internal communication.

Consequently, the thesis has offered solutions and recommendations to improve the efficiency of FDI enterprises' internal communications in the following time.

12. Practical promise of the thesis

In theoretical view, the thesis provides an overview of the position and role of internal communication activities in 02 examining enterprises; gives assessments, recommendations in order to help organizations and individuals to refer, consider and make development strategies in an appropriate, economic and effective way.

In practical view, the thesis would be the reference for administrators in 02 enterprises researching, which can help them gain knowledge as well as new perspectives on how to approach the press channel in internal communication.

13. Directions for further researches:

Besides the results that have been mentioned, the thesis also has limitations such as the scale of the survey is still limited in 2 FDI enterprises' internal communication. Therefore, the further researches should be extended to internal communications activities in FDI enterprises.
