This thesis explores and clarifies the theoretical aspects of the impact of press information on government operations. It addresses the issue of the government discovering the laws governing the development of journalism, applying these laws to the management of press information, and ensuring that media outlets adhere to these laws. It also raises several issues that need to be addressed regarding press activities in the current context. Finally, it surveys the current state of the impact of press information on government operations and proposes solutions and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of press information on government operations.

11. Practical applications:

This thesis contributes a constructive voice, helping to some extent to improve the way media leaders inform the public about government activities. The thesis points out some limitations in current journalistic practices and proposes recommendations and solutions to overcome them, so that the press continues to be an effective means of guiding public opinion towards positive values ​​and further enhancing the impact of media information on government operations.

For the Government, this thesis offers sincere and constructive suggestions on reforming press management to align with the laws of journalistic development, so that national press agencies can grow stronger, assert their position with the public, and better fulfill their duties and responsibilities to the country, the people, the Party, and the State. The Government needs to continue listening to feedback from the press to make its governance more effective, relevant to people's lives and the country's realities.

Thesis has searched and analyzed the impact of the Press to the operating activities of the Government. Based on those results, it raised the issues which the Government has found the development rules of the Press, and applied those rules to manage the Press Information and Press Agencies strictly under the rules of journalism. Giving out some issues to be solved to Press activities in the present context. Surveying the real situation on the impact of Press Information on the Government's operating activities. Proposing the solutions and recommendations to enhance the impacted efficiency of Press Information to the Government's operating activities.

12. Practical applicability, if any:

With this subject, the thesis added its voice constructively and helped the leaders of the Press agencies partly in order to inform on the Government's operating activities to the public better. In the present practical press activities, Thesis also pointed out some restrictions, gave some proposals, recommendations and recovery solutions to the Press that has always become an effective meaning of communication to create the public opinion to the best social value and further enhance the impacting efficiency of Press Information to the Government's operating activities.

For the Government, Thesis gave the suggestions in the honest way of construction on the management innovation in accordance with the Press development law, making thriving the homeland Press Agencies, as well as affirming its position, duties and responsibilities to the country, the people, the Party and State better. The Government should listen to the feedback from the press information so as to the Government's operating activities to be more efficient, more consistent with the people's lives and the actual situation of the country.
