The thesis reflects the current state of library information organization and operations, such as: the development of information resources, document processing, document digitization, document organization and preservation, creation of library information products and services, and external cooperation activities. The thesis proposes solutions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of library information operations at Hanoi University of Pharmacy.

It also highlights the actual status of the organization and operation of the library such as the development of information rescourses, document processing, document organizing and storing, creating information products and services and external cooperation activities. At the end of the thesis, some solutions and recommendations have been proposed to raise the effectiveness of activities at the Library of Hanoi Universty of Pharmacy.
