Based on research into theoretical and practical issues related to the topic, this thesis surveys the current state of content management at the People's Army Newspaper, identifying successes, limitations, and the causes of these limitations. From this, it proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of content management and outlines a converged newsroom model for the People's Army Newspaper in the context of multimedia communication. To achieve the above research objectives, the thesis addresses the following main issues:
- Clarify concepts related to the topic; provide an overview based on media and press management theory to determine the theoretical framework applicable to the research topic.
- Survey the current state of content management at the People's Army Newspaper, identifying successes, limitations, and the causes of those limitations.
- Proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of content management and outlining a converged newsroom model for the People's Army Newspaper.
