Based on the study of theoretical foundations of patent exploitation promotion policies; analysis and assessment of the current status of patent exploitation, patent exploitation policies at enterprises in Hai Phong city, clarifying the shortcomings and causes of the shortcomings in the patent exploitation promotion policy of Hai Phong city. The thesis has proposed a policy framework to promote patent exploitation, including: Perfecting the legal environment for patent exploitation; direct support policies; patent information exploitation support policies; human resource development support policies; preferential tax and credit policies; policies to promote linkage and cooperation in developing the science and technology market.
With the above results, the thesis has demonstrated scientific and practical significance, including: analyzing the current status of patent exploitation in enterprises in Hai Phong city. From there, proposing a policy framework to promote patent exploitation in enterprises.
