Chapter 1. General theory of reception and organization of office reception activities.
In Chapter 1, the author presented the basic concepts related to reception, office reception, and reception organization, while analyzing the content, tasks, significance, and role of reception work; and the responsibilities of the reception department in agencies and organizations.
Chapter 2. Current Status of Reception Activities at Military Central Hospital 108
Chapter 2 presents a survey and evaluation of the organization and implementation of reception work at the Central Military Hospital 108, including basic issues such as: the organization of a department responsible for advising and assisting leaders on reception work; recruitment, placement, and assignment of duties to specialized reception staff; regulations and implementation of ceremonies for welcoming and receiving guests; reception rituals in meetings and events; internal reception rituals such as building the image of the institution; implementation, organization, and service of meetings, conferences, seminars, and guest reception. The survey results will be obtained through observation and questionnaire surveys of relevant individuals and those concurrently performing reception duties, such as the Administrative and Staff Department under the Office of Hospital 108.
Chapter 3. Some solutions to improve the effectiveness of reception activities at Military Central Hospital 108.
In Chapter 3, the author assesses the current situation and proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of reception work at the Central Military Hospital 108, including: clearly defining the responsibilities of the General Staff Department in advising and organizing the hospital's reception work; assigning and providing professional training for dedicated reception staff; issuing regulations on reception work; and revising and supplementing some outdated reception regulations.

In Chapter 2, the author presented a survey and assessment of the organization and implementation of the reception work at 108 Military Central Hospital, including basic issues such as: organizing the department with the function of visiting consultations, assisting leaders in front desk work; recruiting, arranging and assigning jobs to full-time receptionists; stipulating and performing rituals on welcoming and receiving guests; the reception rituals in meetings, events, internal reception rituals such as building the image of the agency; Performing, organizing and serving meetings, conferences, seminars and welcoming and entertaining guests. The survey results will be through observation, and a survey using a questionnaire to ask for opinions of a number of stakeholders as well as concurrently working as a receptionist such as the Administration and Advisory Department under the Office of Hospital 108.
