This research topic also contributes a fresher, more topical perspective to help strategists build and properly orient the application of non-tariff measures (NTM) to both promote their usefulness and be consistent with international trade institutions and regulations. Chapter 1: Theoretical basis and practice of using non-tariff barriers. Experiences of some countries in the world. Provide a system of concepts on non-tariff measures and non-tariff barriers. List the WTO regulations on non-tariff measures and exceptions.
