Referring to the current situation of job creation for migrant workers in the research area, the thesis has the meaning of contributing to improving the lives of rural freelance workers immigrating to Hanoi, stabilizing the socio-economic situation in the ward, and providing additional information to perfect employment policies for migrant workers in urban areas in Vietnam.
