In Chapter 1 of the thesis, the author clarifies the concept of embezzlement and corruption, its forms, manifestations, causes, and harmful effects, as well as the position, role, forces, and measures that Ho Chi Minh pointed out to effectively prevent and combat corruption; and examines President Ho Chi Minh's leadership in the fight against corruption in practice.
In Chapter 2 of the thesis, the author studied the current state of the application of Ho Chi Minh Thought by the Party in the fight against corruption in the recent period. Based on this, several key solutions are proposed to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts in Vietnam in the future, contributing to building a prosperous, strong, democratic, just, and civilized Vietnam.

In Chapter 1 of the thesis, the author has clarified the concept of embezzlement, corruption abuses, forms, manifestations, causes and negative effects of embezzlement as well as the positions , roles, forces and measures that Ho Chi Minh City indicates to prevent and combat embezzlement effectively; studied President Ho Chi Minh's leadership work in the anti-embezzlement in practice.
In chapter 2 of the thesis, the author has studied the situation of applying Ho Chi Minh Thought of the Party in the fight against corruption in the past period. Thereby, some main solutions are proposed to improve the efficiency of the fight against corruption in our country in the future, contributing to the development of Vietnam for the goal of prosperous people, a strong country, a democratic, fair and civilized society.
