In chapter 1 of the thesis, the author clarified the concept of embezzlement, corruption, forms, manifestations, causes, and harms of embezzlement as well as the position, role, forces, and measures that Ho Chi Minh pointed out to effectively prevent and combat embezzlement; and studied the leadership of anti-embezzlement in practice by President Ho Chi Minh.
In chapter 2 of the thesis, the author has studied the current situation of applying Ho Chi Minh Thought of our Party in the fight against corruption in the recent period. Thereby, proposing some main solutions to improve the effectiveness of corruption prevention in our country in the coming time, contributing to building Vietnam into a rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.

The thesis can be used as a reference for research, teaching and learning of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on anti-corruption.
