Part one presents portraits of party members who violated discipline:
Research results show that the majority of Party members who violate discipline are men, holding leadership and management positions in agencies. They often commit violations in the fields of land management, housing, environmental resources, and construction investment.
Part two discusses the causes of current Party disciplinary violations by Party members.
The disciplinary violations committed by Party members are primarily due to ineffective political and ideological education, leading to many members degenerating in morality and lifestyle, and abusing their positions and authority to commit wrongdoings.

Studying the reality of Party members violating Party discipline directly serves my daily professional work at the agency, enabling me to compile relevant data and create a reference document on inspection procedures.
