Based on this, it proposes recommendations to serve as a basis for the government at all levels and the Education and Training sector to develop comprehensive solutions and improve the effectiveness of state management of this special type of education.

The research findings of this project can be used as reference material for lectures, research, and government agencies in the field of education.

This thesis aims at clarifying the current state management to non-public pre-schools in the area of ​​Thanh Xuan district. It is carried out to find out the advantages on one hand and the disadvantages of state management on the other hand, then make some recommendations to help the levels and branches of Education and Training find comprehensive solutions and enhance the effectiveness of state management towards the special education type.

This research's results could be used as references for lesson plans, similar researches and other educational organizations.
