10. Summary of the thesis results:

Research on the prevalence of anxiety disorders (AD) among students in the surveyed area revealed that students' awareness of AD is still limited. Most students clearly identify AD as stress, anxiety, fatigue, and physical and mental harm that directly impacts their daily lives. To effectively manage AD in the school environment, students have a basic understanding of the methods and measures to address this issue. However, a small number of students still lack accurate understanding of long-term, effective measures for managing AD in schools.

Our research results also reflect the reality of RLLA (Relationship-Related Disorders) among students at Thang Long University, with manifestations in both physical and mental aspects, and at varying levels. The collected survey data shows that the problems faced by students with RLLA are primarily due to academic pressure. Influencing factors such as psychological characteristics, family background, and social relationships also contribute to existing RLLA among students, but are not the decisive factors.

The consequences of RLLA (Related Learning Disorders), whether considered serious or less serious, have negative impacts on students' learning, cognitive-emotional development, and relationships. This directly affects the students themselves, as they lack the skills to resolve these RLLA issues.

Currently, in the research area, measures to promote the care of students with learning disabilities in schools have been implemented to some extent, but they are not thorough, comprehensive, or immediate, and do not delve deeply into individual needs. Favorable conditions regarding facilities, teaching methods, extracurricular activities, clubs, etc., all contribute effectively to reducing learning disabilities among students. However, these solutions are not synchronized and lack long-term sustainability. Therefore, applying group social work intervention through this group work method is entirely appropriate to the conditions in the research area, based on combining and effectively utilizing the school's self-study room system and encouraging students to participate in other activities such as clubs, student volunteering, etc. With this approach, the initial results have been quite successful, and the set goals have been achieved to a certain extent. We would like to propose a model of group social work with the role of social workers in schools to help students detect, prevent, and mitigate current social work disorders in a more practical and effective way.

11. Practical applications:

Interventions based on group social work are a positive approach that should be promoted and developed in school models in general and universities in particular. It contributes to building skills and fostering positive psychological behaviors in students through group activities.

11. Thesis abstract:

Research on the situation of anxiety disorders (AD) of students in the studied site showed that students' awareness about AD is limited. Most students explicitly recognized about AD as stress, anxiety, fatigue, physical and mental damage, directly affecting students' daily life. The students have obtained basic awareness of ways and methods to this matter to take good care of AD in the school environment. However, there are few of them who cannot be exactly aware of effective measures to bring long-term care for school AD.

The research also provides certain reflections about the situation of student AD at Thang Long University, physically and mentally, with a variety of levels. The survey data reveals that the problems that students with AD mainly encounter are due to academic pressures. Affecting factors such as psychological characteristics, family or social relationships are other, but not decisive, causes of students' present anxiety disorders.

Consequences of anxiety disorders have a negative effect on learning activities, the process of cognitive - emotional development and relationships around the students; no matter it is considered serious or less serious in nature. It directly affects the students themselves, as they do not have proper skills to deal with concurrent anxiety disorders.

Currently, in the study area there are measures to promote care for AD in school. They have been applied in a particular level but not thorough, comprehensive and new to anticipate, rather to mostly resolve after the incident occurred with consequences. The favorable conditions of facilities, methods of teaching, extracurricular programs, clubs etc. all contribute effectively to reduce student AD. However, these solutions are not synchronous, long-term. Therefore, the application of social work intervention with group is perfectly suited to the conditions in the study area based on the combination and efficient utilization of the self-study room system. With this approach, initial effects are successful with the achievement of objectives at a certain level. Therefore, the model of social work with groups is proposed with the role of social workers in school to help students to detect, prevent and mitigate AD more practically and efficiently.

12. Possibility of Application:

The intervention based on social work with group is an effective procedure that calls for further encouragement and promotion in schools generally and in universities particularly. It contributes to building and forming positive psychological behavior during group activities.
