10. Summary of the thesis results:
The first,The thesis has systematically and scientifically examined the leadership of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee in implementing the cultural village construction movement from 2001 to 2011.
Secondly, the thesis emphasizes the leadership process of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee in implementing the movement to build cultural villages in Ha Nam province in accordance with the policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam as affirmed in Central Resolution 5 (July 1998) (8th Congress):"Promoting the movement to build culturally advanced villages, hamlets, communes, and wards"aiming to:"Building an advanced Vietnamese culture, rich in national identity."At the same time, the achievements in the movement to build cultural villages in Ha Nam province not only have strategic significance for building and developing the economy, culture, and society of Ha Nam province, but also affirm the correctness, creativity, and flexibility of the policies and guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam on "Building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity".
Thirdly, the thesis has summarized some achievements, limitations, and drawn some key lessons learned from the process of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee leading the construction of cultural villages from 2001 to 2011, serving as a basis for the Party Committee to continue leading and promoting the movement to build cultural villages in the 2011-2015 period. In addition, a full, objective, and scientific assessment of the leadership process of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee in implementing the "Cultural Village" construction movement will contribute to further concretizing the correct guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam for each locality, including Ha Nam province.

This thesis can serve as a reference for studying and researching issues related to the leadership of provincial Party committees nationwide in leading the "Movement for National Unity in Building a Culturally Rich Community" in general and the movement to build cultural villages in particular.

Firstly, thesis scientific system of the leadership of Ha Nam Provincial Party performed movement building cultural villages from 2001 to 2011.
Secondlly, thesis emphasizes the leadership of Ha Nam Provincial Party performed movement to build cultural village in Ha Nam Province in accordance with the policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam was confirmed in Central Resolution 5 (May 7-1998) (Course VIII): "To accelerate the movement to build villages, hamlets, communes culture" to "Building Vietnam cultural advanced, imbued with national identity". In addition, the results obtained in the movement to build cultural village in Ha Nam Province not only have a meaningful strategy to build and develop the economy, culture and society of Ha Nam Province, but also confirms the correctness, creativity, flexibility in policies and guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam on "Building Vietnam cultural advanced, imbued with national identity".
Thirdly, thesis outlines a number of achievements, limitations and draws some lessons learned mainly from the Ha Nam Provincial Party leaders build cultural villages period from 2001 to 2011, as a basis for Party continued leadership strengthened the movement to build cultural villages period 2011 - 2015. Besides, the assessment of completeness, objectivity, scientific process of implementing the movement leaders build "Cultural Village" of Ha Nam Provincial Party will contribute to further improve the concretization of the right Communist Party of Vietnam course of the right Communist Party of Vietnam for each locality, including Ha Nam Province.
