Firstly, the research aims to understand the current state of difficulties that students face during their practical training and internships at Hanoi Pedagogical University, such as: difficulties in practical training and internships; difficulties stemming from the students themselves; and difficulties in social relationships.
Secondly: This study focuses on analyzing and evaluating the needs of students in the Social Work department at Hanoi Pedagogical University regarding individual social work practice, group social work, social work with organizations, and community development. From this, it proposes a model for practical training and internships for social work students at Hanoi Pedagogical University.
Thirdly: The study provides feasible recommendations for the University, the Faculty of Social Work, practical instructors, practice facilities, and social work students to improve the effectiveness and quality of practical training and internships for students at Hanoi Pedagogical University.
This thesis also contributes to supplementing reference materials on practice and internships for social work training schools and student practice and internship facilities, specifically regarding practical activities for social work students at Hanoi Pedagogical University and social work students in general.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
First, the research aims to understand the real difficulties that students often encounter during practice and internship programs such as difficulties in practice and internship, difficulties from the students themselves, difficulties in social relationships.
Second, the research focuses on analyzing and evaluating the needs of students majoring organizations in Social Work at Hanoi National University of Education for practice activities in individual social work, group social work, social work in relation with and community development and the needs of students for internship. As a result, the thesis generalizes models of practice and internship which should be effectively implemented at Hanoi National University of Education.
Third, the research comes up with feasible recommendations for the University, the Faculty of Social Work, the Supervisors in charge of the practice and internship, practice units and students majoring in Social Work in order to improve the quality of practice and internship for students at Hanoi National University of Education.
This thesis also contributes additional sources of reference in practice and internship for universities involving in Social work and schools involving in students' practice and internship on issues related to the practice and internship activities for students majoring in Social Work at the Hanoi National University of Education in particular and students majoring in Social Work in general.
