Social problems (social vices, alcohol abuse, etc.) are no longer as prevalent, and people actively participate in activities organized by villages, hamlets, and communes. These changes in households have brought about a new face for the locality. Secondly, the urbanization process has brought positive changes to people's lives. The infrastructure system of electricity, roads, schools, and health stations has been improved and upgraded. People have access to many new and progressive things, contributing to a change in mindset. People embrace the positive aspects of urbanization. Thirdly, the quality of life for people in the research area will continue to improve. This is thanks to timely intervention in management through local mechanisms and policies, and because people understand the demands of a new society in all aspects. This combination will help improve the quality of life for the people. 11. Practical application: Using real-world data, the thesis demonstrates and analyzes the factors contributing to the quality of life of the people.
