10. Summary of the thesis results:

- Adhering closely to the research axis set by the topic, and based on the theoretical foundations of journalism studies, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted, and built a theoretical basis related to the research problem, namely the role and relationship of journalism with the reform of the implementation of social insurance for students - a humane and noble social policy for the health of the younger generation and social security in our country.

- Based on the established theoretical framework, the thesis surveyed and evaluated the current state of information regarding the reform of student health insurance implementation in print and online newspapers through a survey of four representative newspapers (Lao Dong, Social Insurance Magazine, Dan Tri online, and VnExpress), clearly identifying strengths and weaknesses, especially the causes of the weaknesses; along with surveying public feedback and conducting in-depth interviews with experts, as a basis for proposing solutions to overcome the weaknesses.

- Based on the theoretical and practical foundations studied and surveyed, this thesis offers specific proposals and recommendations to relevant agencies implementing health insurance policies and to the press to improve the quality of information on health insurance for students in the future (Relevant agencies need to effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities, proactively and positively providing information to the press; closely cooperate and effectively utilize national press agencies; enhance the capacity of specialized reporters and journalists; diversify content and improve the form of information delivery); practically contributing to helping the press in general, and print and online newspapers in particular, better fulfill their roles and missions in addressing issues related to health, people's lives, and social security in our country during the period of comprehensive industrialization, modernization, integration, and development.

The research findings have potential applications in organizing communication activities to develop universal health insurance in our country in the future.

Based on the results of this study, further research directions can be developed in innovating the implementation of broader social policies, such as family health insurance and universal health insurance in our country, in accordance with the Party's guidelines and the State's laws.

- Follow the research contents oriented by the Thesis topic. Based on the rationale of Journalism, the Thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted and built up a theoretical basis related to the research topic. That is the role and relationship between the media and the innovation of student social insurance practice- a social policy with rich humanity for the younger generation's health and social security in our country.

- On the basis of these theoretical developed issues, the Thesis has examined, assessed the information on current circumstances of the innovation of student social insurance practice in print and electronic media through the surveying 04 typical newspapers (Lao Dong, Bao hiem Xa hoi Journal, Dan tri and VnExpress E-Newspaper), indicating the advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes of disadvantages; together with feedback collected from the public and carried on experts' in-depth interviews working as a basis to propose solutions for drawbacks.

- From the researched theoretical and practical basis, the Thesis contributes specific proposals and recommendations to the authorities in charge of implementing the health insurance policy and to the media agencies in order to improve the quality of media information on student health insurance in the upcoming time (the authorities should implement the role, responsibility proactively and actively in providing information to the media; Cooperate closely, promote the efficiency of the national press agencies; Enhance the capacity of reporters, journalist-specialized teams; Diversify the content, improve the forms of delivery); helped the press in general and the print and electronic media in particular perform their roles, missions in issues relating to health, life welfare, social security in the period of promoting the national industrialization, modernization, integration and development.
