10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis is divided into 3 chapters with the following contents:

Chapter 1: Theoretical basis of evaluating work efficiency and building a KPI system to evaluate work efficiency.

In this chapter, the thesis delves into research, analysis and clarification of some issues related to the thesis such as: work performance evaluation, key performance indicators (KPIs), balanced scorecard (BSC). On that basis, the thesis has analyzed the importance of KPIs and BSC for work performance evaluation for employees in general and for administrative staff in particular.

Chapter 2: Building KPIs to evaluate work performance for Administrative positions at Ha Do Group Office

In this chapter, the thesis analyzed the current status of performance evaluation for administrative positions at Ha Do Group Office. From there, the author proposed steps and implemented KPIs to evaluate the positions.

Chapter 3: Applying KPIs to evaluate Administrative positions at Ha Do Group Office

Based on the set of KPIs used to evaluate each administrative position at Ha Do Group Office, the author conducts an evaluation and compares it with the evaluation results using the old method. From there, the author proposes some recommendations to make the evaluation of work performance based on KPIs more effective.

11. Practical application: (if any)

The research results of the thesis can be applied in the work performance evaluation at Ha Do Group Office to improve efficiency and motivate employees. In addition, the KPIs for administrative positions are reference documents for businesses, especially for businesses in the same industry.

12. Further research directions: (if any)

Due to the limitation of the thesis, which only studies the construction of KPIs for administrative positions of the Ha Do Group Office, the relationship between KPIs, BSC and corporate and departmental strategies is not clearly shown. The following topics can study and develop the overall operational strategy of Ha Do Group to allocate to departments and build appropriate sets of KPIs to evaluate work efficiency. Only then can we ensure that when each employee completes the KPIs, the Group also completes the proposed strategy.

Thesis includes 3 Chapters as follows:

Chapter 1: Employee performance evaluation and KPI theory.

In the Chapter, the thesis shows research and analysis of such aspects as employee performance evaluation, KPIs, Balance Scorecard (BSC). On the basis, thesis will make analysis of the importance of KPIs and BSC for performance evaluation of employees in general and office staffs.

Chapter 2: Set up the KPIs for employee performance evaluation of administrative position in office of HADO Group

The chapter focuses to analyze of situation working efficiency evaluation of evaluation of working efficiency of administrative position in office of HADO Group. From the results, the author gives out the procedure and set up KPIs for the positions.

Chapter 3: Apply the KPIs for employee performance evaluation of administrative positions in office of HADO Group

Based on the proposed the KPIs, the author does analyze and compare with the results of previous evaluation methods. Then, the author makes proposals to improve the effectiveness of employee performance evaluation by KPIs.

11. Feasibility of Application:

Research results of Thesis is feasible to apply for employee performance evaluation in office HaDo Group to improve efficiency and incentives for employees. Further, with the KPIs for the administrative position, it is the good reference for other companies, especially those that are operating in the same industry.

12. Proposals for further research

Thesis study is limited in setting up KPIs for administrative positions in office of HaDo Group, and the linkage between the KPIs, BSC and strategies of company and departments have not shown clearly. The next thesis can carry out further research, setting up general strategy of HaDo Group to apply to its departments and build up the suitable KPIs for working evaluation. And Since the employee completes their KPI goals, the Group completes its strategy as well.
