Chapter 1: Theoretical basis of job performance evaluation and building a KPI system for job performance evaluation.

Based on this, the thesis analyzes the importance of KPIs and BSC in evaluating job performance for employees in general and administrative staff in particular.
Chapter 2: Developing KPIs to evaluate job performance for positions in the Administration Department of Ha Do Group's Head Office
This chapter analyzes the current state of performance evaluation for administrative positions at the Ha Do Group's Head Office. Based on this analysis, the author outlines the steps and implementation process for developing KPIs to evaluate these positions.
Chapter 3: Applying KPIs to evaluate the performance of Administrative positions at the Ha Do Group Head Office

Further research could focus on developing a comprehensive operational strategy for the Ha Do Group, allocating resources to departments and creating corresponding KPI sets to evaluate work performance. This would ensure that when each employee achieves their KPIs, the Group also achieves its overall strategy.

Thesis includes 3 Chapters as follows:
Chapter 1: Employee performance evaluation and KPI theory.
In the Chapter, the thesis shows research and analysis of such aspects as employee performance evaluation, KPIs, Balance Scorecard (BSC). On the basis, thesis will make analysis of the importance of KPIs and BSC for performance evaluation of employees in general and office staffs.
Chapter 2: Set up the KPIs for employee performance evaluation of administrative position in office of HADO Group
The chapter focuses to analyze of situation working efficiency evaluation of evaluation of working efficiency of administrative position in office of HADO Group. From the results, the author gives out the procedure and set up KPIs for the positions.
Chapter 3: Apply the KPIs for employee performance evaluation of administrative positions in office of HADO Group
Based on the proposed the KPIs, the author does analyze and compare with the results of previous evaluation methods. Then, the author makes proposals to improve the effectiveness of employee performance evaluation by KPIs.
11. Feasibility of Application:
Research results of Thesis is feasible to apply for employee performance evaluation in office HaDo Group to improve efficiency and incentives for employees. Further, with the KPIs for the administrative position, it is the good reference for other companies, especially those that are operating in the same industry.
12. Proposals for further research
Thesis study is limited in setting up KPIs for administrative positions in office of HaDo Group, and the linkage between the KPIs, BSC and strategies of company and departments have not shown clearly. The next thesis can carry out further research, setting up general strategy of HaDo Group to apply to its departments and build up the suitable KPIs for working evaluation. And Since the employee completes their KPI goals, the Group completes its strategy as well.
