10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis has focused on clarifying theoretical issues regarding propaganda work and the quality of propaganda work within the Party Committee of Thuong Tin district.

Based on an assessment of the current state of propaganda quality within the Thuong Tin District Party Committee, this study proposes several key solutions to improve the quality of the district Party Committee's propaganda work in the future.

This study can be used as a reference in teaching, research, and learning the subject of Party building in general, and the subject of Party propaganda work in particular, at the district political training center; it can also serve as a reference for the District Party Committee and Party committees at all levels in summarizing practical experiences and conducting theoretical research on propaganda work.
