Based on the theoretical overview related to the topic and the survey to collect secondary and primary data, analyze and evaluate the current status of English proficiency of employees in Yasaka-Saigon-Nhatrang Hotel and Nha Trang Palace Hotel, the causes affecting the communication ability of employees, the thesis has proposed 4 groups of solutions to contribute to improving the English proficiency of high-class hotel employees in Nha Trang City: 1) Develop a handbook of English communication sentence patterns for reception and restaurant staff; 2) Open training and English communication training classes for hotel staff; 3) Improve the quality of hotel staff recruitment of managers at Yasaka-Saigon-Nhatrang Hotel and Nha Trang Palace Hotel; and 4) Some other solutions. The thesis has made specific recommendations to Yasaka-Saigon-Nhatrang Hotel and Nha Trang Palace Hotel, to the General Department of Tourism, and to supporting training facilities to be able to implement the above solutions.
