Chapter I. Theoretical basis and State regulations on organization of archival work.

In this Chapter, the author systematizes and analyzes the concept, content and role of archival work, and at the same time systemsatizes current legal regulations of the state in general as well as documents of the insurance industry in particular on the organization of archival work.

Chapter II. Current status of archiving organization at district social insurance agencies through survey at district social insurance agencies in Hanoi.

In this chapter, the author outlines the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the district social insurance. The author surveys and evaluates the current situation of the organization of archival work of the district social insurance under the Hanoi Social Insurance, and at the same time points out the limitations and causes of those limitations.

            Chapter III. Solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing archiving work at district and commune social insurance agencies under Hanoi Social Insurance

In the final chapter, the author focuses on researching and proposing organizational solutions to help the archiving work at the District Social Insurance under the Hanoi Social Insurance Department achieve high efficiency. The solutions include:

• Supplement and issue new regulations on archiving work.
• Improve the qualifications of archival staff.
• Scientific organization of archival documents.

- Ensure facilities for storage work.

- Strengthen inspection, evaluation and handling of violations in archiving work.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis help the Social Insurance of districts and towns of Hanoi City to organize well the archiving work to effectively manage information sources serving the management activities of the Social Insurance sector of the capital.

In this chapter, the author systemized, analyzed the concept, content and role of archiving, simultaneously systemized current legal regulations of the state in general, as well as documents of the Insurance Department in particular regarding oganizing the archiving.

Chapter II. The state of archive organization in Hanoi Social Insurance through surveying in the Social Insurance in some districts under Hanoi Social Insurance Agency.

In this chapter the author summarizes about the functions of District Social Insurance. The author investigated and evaluated the current status of the organization of the archives of Social Insurance in districts belong to Hanoi City and pointed out the limitations and causes of those limitations.

Chapter III. Efficient advanced solutions for the organization of archive within Districts Social Insurance under Hanoi Social Insurance Agency
