Chapter 1: The thesis systematizes basic theoretical issues about offices and analyzes in depth the basic tasks of office administration in agencies and organizations; at the same time summarizes some provisions of current laws on administrative and office work.
Chapter 2: The author surveys and evaluates the current situation of office administrative work organization in some electronic magazines of the Associations and draws the following conclusions: Office administrative work has basically been given attention by the leaders of some magazines, but there are still many limitations such as: unprofessional document and archive work; administrative staff have not been trained in office work and still have to take on many tasks at the same time; the organization of meetings, arrangement and organization of departments are still unscientific, the implementation of regulations and rules is not yet unified...
Chapter 3: Based on the analysis of the current situation in chapter 2, the thesis proposed a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of organizing office administrative work in magazines, including: raising awareness of office administrative work; investing in purchasing office equipment; promoting the application of information technology; improving the quality of office administrative operations.
