The Party Cell, including I of the School Board, currently has 19 Party members from 4 departments: the Board of Directors (01 comrade), the Center for Foreign Languages and Training Cooperation (01 comrade), and the Training Department (13 comrades). The Party Cell has 02 comrades in the School Party Committee directly participating in the activities and directing the Party Cell. The Party members in the Party Cell all have a high sense of responsibility for the assigned work, completing it on time and ensuring quality and efficiency. With good internal solidarity, the Party members in the Party Cell have a spirit of mutual love and affection, are ready to support and share common work, and are proactive in handling work. The spirit of innovation in service attitude in the general reform strategy of the whole school has been well implemented in most stages and has been positively evaluated by the Institutes, Faculties, and Departments.
The Congress reported on the evaluation of the leadership of the Party cell in implementing the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term in terms of activities: Political education, ideology, building and developing the unit; innovating admission methods, improving training quality, meeting social needs and international integration.
Comrade Bui Thanh Nam - Party Cell Secretary presented the Report on evaluating the leadership work of the Party Cell in implementing the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022 - 2025 and the Self-criticism of the Party Cell Committee.
The Congress determined the direction and tasks for the 2025-2027 term, emphasizing the affirmation of the leadership role of the Party cell in the task of innovation to adapt to the trend of university autonomy, streamlining the apparatus towards efficiency, bringing student training and management towards professionalism - innovation - creativity, making important contributions to the development of the School in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
The general goal of the 2025 - 2027 term is to promote the spirit of internal solidarity, based on the traditional foundation, taking advantage of all resources to develop the Party cell in the common spirit of the School of innovation - creativity, focusing on a number of key goals such as: proactively preparing resources for university autonomy; structure of "quality human resources - streamlined organization"; technology of training and student management; standardizing activities according to the motto of professionalism - efficiency - humanity, striving to complete assigned tasks well.

Delegates attending the congress voted by secret ballot and reached a high consensus in electing the Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term; elected 08 official delegates, 02 alternate delegates to attend the School Party Congress and approved the Congress Resolution.
Accordingly, the Party Committee of Cell I of the School's Block for the 2025 - 2027 term includes: Comrade Dinh Tien Hieu holding the position of Party Cell Secretary, Comrade Pham Van Hue holding the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Dinh Van Nam is a Party Committee member.

Party Cell I of the School Block for the 2025 - 2027 term was introduced to the Congress
Based on the discussion opinions of the Party cell, the Congress unanimously approved the direction and targets, including the good implementation of the planning of the management staff in the units under the Party cell; paying attention to training the staff in the unit to build a staff that meets the requirements of standardization and modernization according to the general plan and policy of the School. Each Party member must always study and research to improve political awareness, grasp the guidelines and policies of the Party and State to meet all needs in the new situation.
Regarding professional work, the Party Cell leads to perform well the key tasks: Focus on developing new training majors and training programs to meet the needs of scientific and social development. Effectively manage training types and forms. Continue to invest in developing the learning materials system, innovate teaching methods towards increasing online interaction between lecturers and learners to meet the requirements of training quality in the digital age; continue to research and innovate testing and evaluation methods to meet the requirements of in-depth credit training. Strengthen coordination with relevant departments, offices and training units to effectively implement the work of program development, training organization, admission consulting, career counseling for students. Continue to innovate the content and methods of training management, student affairs to ensure school discipline and school management effectiveness.
The Congress agreed on the targets of the Party Cell for the 2025 - 2027 term: The Party Cell achieves the title of Strong and Clean Party Cell; Party members are classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better; 100% of cadres and civil servants in the unit achieve the title of advanced workers or better; achieve the title of excellent labor collective in each school year; admit at least 01 mass person into the Party.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Bui Thanh Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities emphasized that in the new term, the Party Cell needs to have close instructions, focusing on developing new training programs to meet the requirements of society and the strong development of science and technology. The work of caring for learners and training management continues to be carried out professionally - with quality - innovation - creativity.
