10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn: Luận văn đã giải quyết được ba nhiệm vụ quan trọng. Trước hết, đã hệ thống hóa và phát triển lý luận về phát triển nguồn lực thông tin (NLTT): khái niệm NLTT, phát triển NLTT; Vai trò; Các yếu tố tác động; Các nguyên tắc phát triển; Các tiêu chí đánh giá phát triển NLTT. Đồng thời, Luận văn đã khảo sát kỹ cơ sở thực tiễn để phát triển NLTT. Thứ hai, đã nhận diện được đầy đủ thực trạng NLTT, hoạt động phát triển NLTT cùng các yếu tố tác động đến phát triển NLTT. Phần cuối đã có nhận xét đánh giá những điểm mạnh và hạn chế của NLTT tại TT TT-TV. Thứ ba, đã đưa ra  bốn nhóm gải pháp nhằm phát triển NLTT như: Hoàn thiện chính sách; Tăng cường hạ tầng CNTT; Tăng cường đầu tư tài chính và Yếu tố con người. Các giải pháp có cơ sở khoa học nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của Trung tâm góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo và NCKH của nhà Trường trong giai đoạn đổi mới phương thức đào tạo theo tín chỉ.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: Practical applicability, if any: The thesis has solved three important requirements. First of all, it is systematizing and developing the theory of information resource development: Definition of information resources; The development of information resources; Roles; Impact factors; Development principles; Criteria for evaluating information resources development. At the same time, the thesis has carefully surveyed the practical basis to develop information resources. Secondly, it has fully realized the actual status of information resources, development activities of information resources and factors affecting the development of information resources.

The last part has commented on the strengths and limitations of information resources at the library information center. Thirdly, it introduced four groups of solutions to develop information resources such as Completing policies; Strengthening information resources infrastructure; Increasing financial investment and Human factor. The solutions have a scientific basis to improve the operational efficiency of the center and contribute to improving the quality of training and scientific research of the University during the period of innovation of credits training methods.
