Based on research findings and direct experience in producing "Golden Opportunity," I believe the solutions proposed in this project can be immediately applied in practice. For VTV and the system producing programs about key political and cultural events, these contents contribute to standardizing the organizational and management model of televised broadcasts, perfecting the content, technical, and media review process at multiple levels. This also serves as a suitable reference framework for programs related to April 30th, September 2nd, and many other key political events.
Local stations and media-art organizations can apply the multi-stakeholder collaboration model implemented by the program, especially when organizing large-scale outdoor events. The production checklist system, risk management plan, and quality control process proposed in this thesis can also be used as a practical reference.
With the training provided at VTV, I believe this project can become a useful learning resource for training courses on television event production management, and also provide practical case studies for young directors and editors who are preparing to take on large-scale projects in the future.
12. Future research directions:
Based on the results of the project and the practical implementation of "Golden Opportunity," I believe that further in-depth research is possible in the future. First and foremost, research into television production models based on IP and Cloud infrastructure, and their impact on multi-location production management, is a crucial direction as VTV is undergoing technological transformation.
Furthermore, a multi-platform communication strategy for national-level media events, especially in the context of AI's increasing involvement in journalism and media, is also a promising area of research.
Finally, I hope to have the opportunity to develop a model for measuring the reach of political and artistic programs on digital platforms, based on big data analysis of public behavior, to provide a more objective and long-term basis for evaluation.
13. Published works related to the project:
Because the project is highly practical and closely related to my work, the related projects mainly belong to the system of journalistic and television programs and products in which I have directly participated. These include television broadcasts such as...“Epic of Peace” (2022), “Under the Banner of Victory” (2024), “The triumphant song will resound forever” (2025)and especially "Golden Opportunity" (2025)– The programs I participated in, including the overall scriptwriting team and the production responsibility for the Ho Chi Minh City location, were all important experiences that helped shape the perspective and methodology of this project.
Additionally, I participated in the production of several media products within the series of propaganda activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025). Media reports, in-depth interview transcripts, and production summaries from the team were also used as reference materials in the process of completing this thesis.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis establishes a comprehensive research framework and solution system for organizing the national television event “Thoi co vang”—produced on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam's National Day—toward a more scientific, professional, and modernized production model. The key findings include:
previous, the thesis systematizes the theoretical foundations and governance models relevant to political–cultural media events in a multi-platform communication landscape. It applies theoretical perspectives such asMedia Events,Liveship, communication project management, and the5M modelto design the production framework.
Second, the thesis analyzes the requirements, current conditions and challenges faced by VTV in organizing a national-scale telecast, including inter-agency directive mechanisms, the complexity of multi-location production, insufficient workflow internal standardization, the need for innovation in content and artistic expression, and technical–infrastructural constraints.
Third, the thesis proposes four core groups of solutions for program implementation:
Content and scripting solutions:refining the emotional narrative, structuring the program into three chapters, enhancing the use of artistic symbolism, and clarifying the thematic thread of the “golden opportunity” connecting past–present–future.
Organizational and project management solutions:establishing a Steering Committee – Organizing Committee – specialized subcommittees; coordinated across VTV3, Technical, Art Design, VTV Digital, and local authorities; and applying multi-tiered approval procedures.
Technical and technological solutions: upgrading IP-based infrastructure, strengthening multi-layer backup systems, standardizing equipment configurations, and improving latency and signal synchronization control.
Multi-platform communication solutions:Deploying a three-phase communication campaign, producing short-form adaptations (reels/shorts), developing story–character-driven materials, and analyzing digital audience data.
different, the thesis proposes a governance model for national media events for the period 2025–2030, consisting of five components: strategic objectives, organizational structure, a five-phase workflow, executive and monitoring tools, and evaluation indicators.
Fifth,Through audience surveys, digital media analytics, and in-depth interviews with production teams, the thesis identifies key lessons learned in inter-agency governance, workflow standardization, risk management, and the adoption of new technologies.
A notable contribution of the thesis lies in its integration of theoretical perspectives with the author's practical experience in scripting and production coordination, thereby enhancing its applicability for VTV and other media organizations.
12. Practical applicability:
Drawing from the research findings and hands-on experience from"A golden opportunity", the proposed solutions can be applied immediately in practice. For VTV and units producing major political–cultural events, these findings help standardize the organizational and governance model for national telecasts, refine multi-tiered approval procedures (content–technical–communication), and serve as a reference framework for events such as April 30, September 2, and other national commemorations.
Local broadcasters and media–arts organizations may also adopt the multi-stakeholder coordination model, particularly for large-scale outdoor events. The production checklists, risk management matrix, and quality-control procedures developed in the thesis can serve as practical toolkits.
For training activities at VTV, the thesis offers valuable learning material for courses on event-based television production management and provides real-life case studies for emerging directors and editors preparing for future large-scale projects.
