10. Summary of project results:

The project focuses on implementing the process of psychological support for a homosexual client with symptoms of depression and difficulty in self-acceptance. The project content presents the theoretical basis of mental health in the LGBTQ+ client group and the impact of social prejudice on the formation of negative emotions, and describes in detail the assessment and intervention process based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combining mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The results show that the client has significantly reduced the level of depression and has a more positive view of himself. The client gradually learns to identify and adjust negative thoughts, strengthens the ability to self-accept and communicate more openly, thereby significantly improving the emotional state and the quality of social relationships.

The project has practical applications in therapeutic counseling for homosexual clients or young people who have difficulty accepting themselves. The support process and techniques used can be flexibly applied in the context of individual counseling, schools and hospitals.
