10. Summary of project results:
In the project, the student presented the entire psychological intervention process for a client with depressive symptoms due to identity crisis, including 16 therapy sessions and a post-intervention follow-up period. The pre- and post-treatment assessments were performed using clinical tools that have been standardized and adapted in Vietnam, resulting in the client having moderate depression before the intervention.
After the therapy, the client showed improvements in emotions, cognition and behavior: symptoms of depression were significantly reduced; self-esteem, communication skills and self-understanding increased. The client became more proactive in sharing emotions, knew how to set personal boundaries, reduced sadness, anxiety and negative thinking. The client also began to clearly identify life values, personal strengths and personal development orientation. In addition, the client maintained favorite activities such as joining clubs, going out, meeting friends instead of being isolated as before.
The results measured by the Beck scale and DASS showed a significant reduction in depression scores, reflecting positive progress. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) was found to be appropriate and effective for this case, helping clients change their perspective on problems, develop positive thinking and maintain healthy habits. The therapeutic relationship was built on trust, openness and cooperation, which contributed significantly to the effectiveness of the intervention.
11. Practical applicability: Support students in school and university environments during the stages of value formation, career choice and personal identity development.
12. Further research directions: Comparing the effectiveness of CBT with other therapies.
13. Published works related to the project: None.

11. Summary of the findings of the project:
In this project, the student presents the complete psychological intervention process for a female client exhibiting depressive symptoms resulting from an identity crisis. The intervention included 16 therapy sessions and a follow-up phase. Pre- and post-treatment assessments were conducted using standardized and culturally adapted clinical tools in Vietnam, indicating that the client experienced moderate depression before the intervention.
After the therapeutic process, the client demonstrated noticeable improvements in emotion, cognition, and behavior: depressive symptoms significantly increased; self-confidence, communication skills, and self-awareness increased. The client became more proactive in expressing emotions, setting personal boundaries, and reducing sadness, anxiety, and negative thinking. She also began to clarify her personal values, strengths, and life direction. In addition, the client maintains enjoyable activities such as joining clubs, going out, and socializing with friends instead of withdrawing as before.
Scores on the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) decreased significantly, reflecting positive progress. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach proved suitable and effective for this case, helping the client reshape her perspectives, build positive thinking, and maintain healthy habits. The therapeutic, built on trust, openness, and collaboration, played an essential role in the success of the intervention.
12. Practical applicability: The findings of this project can be applied to support university students in the school and higher education environment during the process of forming personal values, career choices, and identity development.
13. Further research directions: Future research could focus on comparing the effectiveness of CBT with other therapeutic approaches.
14. Project -related publications: None.
