Buddhist philosophy of life is closely linked to the cosmology and considers the position of human beings as the highest among all species. Buddhist teachings have prescribed the behavior of Buddhist followers in three basic aspects: behavior towards oneself, behavior towards others and behavior towards the natural environment. Therefore, the topic studies the philosophy of life and Buddhist philosophy of life; clarifies the basic influences of Buddhist philosophy of life in the spiritual life of Bac Ninh people today. Through that, the topic proposes and recommends to the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Bac Ninh province and relevant departments to promote the advantages of Buddhist philosophy of life in the province.

10. Abstract:

The Buddhist's outlook on life is linked closely to the worldview, and it considers man as the highest position in the universe. Buddhist teachings have controlled the behavior of Buddhists on three fundamental aspects: First, response to oneself; second, response to others; and third, response to the natural environment. Therefore, this thesis examines the outlook on life in general and the Buddhist's outlook on life in particular, and it analyzes some fundamental influences of Buddhism's outlook on life on the people's spiritual life in Bac Ninh province today. Through this study, the author would like to propose and recommend to the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Bac Ninh province and the related departments on promoting the advantages of Buddhism's outlook on life in the area.
