10. Summary of thesis results

The Buddhist worldview is closely intertwined with the cosmology and views humanity as the highest of all living beings. Buddhist teachings have prescribed the conduct of Buddhist followers in three fundamental aspects: conduct towards oneself, conduct towards others, and conduct towards the natural environment. Therefore, this study explores the worldview and the Buddhist worldview; clarifying the fundamental influences of the Buddhist worldview on the spiritual life of the people of Bac Ninh today. Through this, the study proposes and recommends to the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Bac Ninh province and relevant departments on promoting the advantages of the Buddhist worldview in the province.

This topic can be used as a reference for students majoring in Philosophy and Religious Studies, and as a reference material in Buddhist vocational schools in Bac Ninh province.

10. Abstract:

The Buddhist's outlook on life is linked closely to the worldview, and it considers man as the highest position in the universe. Buddhist teachings have controlled the behavior of Buddhists on three fundamental aspects: First, response to oneself; second, response to others; and third, response to the natural environment. Therefore, this thesis examines the outlook on life in general and the Buddhist's outlook on life in particular, and it analyzes some fundamental influences of Buddhism's outlook on life on the people's spiritual life in Bac Ninh province today. Through this study, the author would like to propose and recommend to the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Bac Ninh province and the related departments on promoting the advantages of Buddhism's outlook on life in the area.
