The thesis has researched theory, surveyed practice and proposed solutions to build a district-level political system in Vietnam in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operation.

The thesis has researched and provided a theoretical basis for the political system, the Vietnamese political system, and the construction of the Vietnamese political system in the direction of streamlining and effective operation. In addition, the thesis has surveyed the current situation of building the political system of Lam Thao district, Phu Tho province. From there, the thesis has assessed the advantages, disadvantages and issues arising in the construction of the political system here. On the basis of that theory and practice, the thesis has proposed a number of solutions to build the political system of Lam Thao district, Phu Tho province in the direction of streamlining and effective operation.

These results not only clarify the construction of the political system of Lam Thao district, Phu Tho province, but also contribute to the construction and innovation of the Vietnamese political system.
