- Survey and evaluate the current status of organization and management of historical archives of Lai Chau province, thereby drawing general conclusions about the advantages, shortcomings and limitations that still exist in the organization and management of archives of Lai Chau province.

- On that basis, the author proposes solutions to organize the Lai Chau Provincial Historical Archives and subsequent measures to ensure the full implementation of the functions, tasks and powers of a Historical Archive and ensure the quality of management of valuable documents at the local Historical Archives.

10. Practical applicability: The research results have reference value in developing the Project to organize the Lai Chau Provincial Historical Archives in the coming time.
