10. Summary of the thesis results:

In the context of economic and social globalization, the South Korean labor market has developed into a dynamic market with a large trend of labor importation. Alongside this, the diversity of nationalities and residency statuses of foreign workers also presents complex labor management issues, such as illegal labor.

Through methods of document collection, data synthesis, and questionnaire surveys, this study was conducted to investigate and assess the current status of entry and employment of Vietnamese workers residing in South Korea under D-4-1 visas, and existing issues related to foreign workers (including Vietnamese workers) in the South Korean labor market.

This research is necessary to provide solutions to problems related to labor management in the Korean labor market.

Along with globalization of economy and society, the labor market of South Korea becomes an active market with large-scale labor importing. In addition to the variety of foreign labor's nationality and sojourn qualification, the labor market of South Korea has complex issues about managing labor market, such as illegal labor.

Through using the analytical approach, the synthesis of the literature and question investigation, this study does survey about the current status of entry and working of Vietnamese labor sojourning with D-4-1 visa in South Korea, issues about foreign labor (including Vietnamese labor) of the labor market of South Korea.

This survey is necessary for finding solution to the issues about labor management market of South Korea.
