10. Summary of thesis results:
- Closely following the research axis oriented by the topic, from the theoretical basis of journalism, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted and built a theoretical basis related to the role of the media in weather forecasting and responding to natural disasters, specifically of the type of television in some national and regional stations. The purpose is to serve the audience's need for accurate weather forecasting, which is also a premise to improve the socio-economic situation in poor provinces of our country, through mitigating risks caused by weather.
- Based on the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has surveyed and evaluated the current status of weather forecast bulletins through the survey of the implementation of these bulletins on VTV1 and VTC14 channels. The thesis clearly points out the advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes of the disadvantages of current weather forecast bulletins; along with the survey of public feedback and in-depth interviews with experts, as a basis for proposing solutions to overcome the disadvantages.
- Based on the theoretical and practical basis of the research and survey, the thesis makes specific proposals and recommendations to improve the quality of weather forecasts on television today. For units providing weather forecast information, it is necessary to create a legal basis for providing, implementing and broadcasting weather forecasts; Specify the minimum broadcasting time of weather forecasts on each media; Coordinate with Hydrometeorological Forecasting Centers nationwide to update daily and hourly data to serve the forecasting work more accurately and completely; improve the quality of the bulletins, regularly open more training courses on hydrometeorological knowledge, exchange experiences with meteorological workers nationwide to grasp the general trend of the weather in which direction to forecast more accurately and more accurately; Propose to open more specialized weather forecast bulletins, weather and natural disaster warning bulletins when bad weather phenomena occur...

The research results can be applied in organizing and improving the quality of weather forecasts on television in our country in the coming time.
12. Further research directions:
From the results of this study, it is possible to develop further research directions in innovating the implementation of weather forecast bulletins in a more diverse direction, adding more practical weather programs, closely following daily weather changes, and shortening the warning frequency. The higher the accuracy of weather forecasts, the greater the service efficiency.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Following closely oriented research topic, according to the journalism thesis, the thesis has analysed, concentrated, interpreted and built thesis related to the role of the media in forecasting weather and coping with calamity which is specific in some national broadcast stations and some areas. With the purpose is to serve the customer demand of an exact weather forecast. This is also a premise in order to improve socio-economic situation in some poverty provinces of Vietnam by decreasing the risks caused by the weather.
Based on the basis of theoretical issues which have been built, the thesis has examined and evaluated the reality of the weather forecast news by examining some news on VTV1 and VCT14 channel. The thesis has indicated the advantages and disadvantages and especially the reason of the disadvantages of current weather forecast news, accompanied with examining feedback from the public and interviewing the experts, this will be used to propose the solutions to surmount the disadvantages
Based on the basis of theoretical issues which have been researched and examined, the thesis has provided specific recommendations in order to enhance the quality of weather forecast news on television. For the departments who provide the information of weather forecast news, need legal basis in providing, executing, broadcasting the weather forecast news. Stipulating specifically a minimum broadcasting duration of the weather forecast news on each media; Combining with Center for Hydro - Meteorological Forecasting in the country to update data daily, every hour in order to serve the forecasting more accurately; Enhancing the quality of news, regularly opening trainning class of hydrometeorology, exchanging experiences to hydrometeorology officers in the country to capture the trend of weather changes in order to make an exact forecast; Recommending to open more specific weahter forecast news, the news of warning calamity weather when the bad weather happens.

The result of research has the applicability of organzing, enhancing the quality of weather forecast news on television in Vietnam in the future.
12. The next ways of research:
From the result of this research which will be able to make the deployments on inovating the implementation of weather forecast news in a diversity way, inovating more realistic weather forecast program, seizing trend of weather changes everyday, frequency of alerts is shortened. Enhancing the accuracy of weather forecast is also enhancing effective service for the public.
