- Closely following the research axis oriented by the topic, from the theoretical basis of journalism, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted and built a theoretical basis related to the research issue. That is the viewpoint and policy of the Party and State on overseas Vietnamese and foreign information for overseas Vietnamese and the role of the radio program "For Vietnamese compatriots far from the Fatherland".

- Based on the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has surveyed and evaluated the current status of the radio program "For Vietnamese compatriots living far from the Fatherland" of the Voice of Vietnam from its structure to its content, program production process, pointing out the advantages and difficulties of the program when posted on the electronic information page of the National Foreign Radio System, Voice of Vietnam vovworld.vn.

- Based on the theoretical and practical basis that has been researched and surveyed, the thesis makes specific proposals and recommendations to improve and enhance the quality of radio programs in order to maintain and enhance the program's appeal to listeners who are the Vietnamese community living far from the Fatherland and relatives living in the country of the Voice of Vietnam.

11. Practical application:

The research results can be applied immediately in the radio program "For Vietnamese compatriots living far from the Fatherland" of Voice of Vietnam in the near future to meet the current trend of multimedia broadcasting and can be used as reference materials in studying and teaching Journalism and Communication at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

12. Further research directions:

From the results of this study, it is possible to develop further research directions in providing solutions to improve and enhance the structure and content of the program in a modern direction to satisfy the needs of today's listeners.

- On the basis of these developed issues, the Thesis has examined, assessed program for Vietnamese oversea of ​​Radio The Voice of Vietnam from the structure, content and producing radio program, cited advantages and difficulties when program was posted on website of Oversea Service, Radio The Voice of Vietnam vovworld.vn.
