10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis analyzes the current competitive landscape of information, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing news programs of local radio and television stations. Based on the theoretical framework in Chapter 1, the thesis researches, analyzes, and evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of news programs at each local television station.
It can be affirmed that, in the current context of information competition, news programs of local television stations still hold a unique position. However, in practice, the news programs of the three television stations in Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Lang Son still have many limitations, meaning that the quality of the programs does not fully satisfy the increasingly high demands of television viewers. These limitations will be a major reason for the reduced competitiveness of news programs.
Based on the research findings regarding the advantages and limitations of news programs, the author has proposed general solutions and specific solutions for each local television station to improve the quality of news programs, thereby enhancing information competitiveness in the current context.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings have potential applications in Hanoi Radio and Television Station, Lang Son Radio and Television Station, and Hai Phong Radio and Television Station to improve and enhance the quality of news programs in the future.
12. Future research directions:
Based on the results of this study, further research directions can be developed to improve the quality of news programs on other local television stations across the country.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis has analyzed the current information competive landscape as well as opportunites, challenges for Local Radio – Television Stations' news program. Based on the rationale in Chapter 1, the thesis was to conduct research, analysis, evaluation strengths and weaknesses of each Local TV station's news programs.
It can be asserted that Local TV Stations' news programs which have their own position are watched every day by crowded local people in the current information competitive landscape. However, in practical operation, the news programs of three Radio-Television Stations, Hanoi Radio – Television Station, Hai Phong Radio – Television Station, Lang Son Radio – Television Station, still have many restrictions which make the quality of programs not satisfy all increasing demands of television people. In the current information competitive landscape, the restrictions will be the huge reason decreasing competence in news programe's information competition.
From the results of reseach stregghths and limitation of news programs, the author proposed common and individual solutions for each local television station to improve the quality of news shows, thereby, enhancing competing capability in the current context.

Master thesis can be applied in Hanoi television, Hai Phong television and Lang Son television.
