- Closely following the research axis oriented by the topic, from the theoretical basis of journalism. The thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted and built a theoretical basis related to the research problem, which are: (1) Theoretical basis of print media and the role of print media in information and propaganda about climate change. (2) Theoretical basis and current status of climate change in the world and Vietnam, the policies of our Party and State on the press with the task of information and propaganda about climate change.

- Based on the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has (1) surveyed and evaluated the current status of climate change information in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's printed newspapers, the successes that need to be promoted and the limitations that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's printed newspapers need to overcome; (2) public opinion on the quality of climate change information in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's printed newspapers, and suggested solutions to overcome the limitations.

- From the theoretical and practical basis that has been researched and surveyed, the Thesis proposes specific solutions for the print press agency of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and makes recommendations to the competent authorities to organize the implementation of climate change policies in our country in the coming time.
