It clearly outlines proposals for innovation in the production of television programs for ethnic minorities in remote and isolated areas. It proposes solutions to increase the effectiveness and improve the content and quality of cultural television programs for ethnic minorities on VTV5.

- These are also fundamental solutions to improve the quality of television programs on VTV5, the ethnic language television channel of Vietnam Television, and can also serve as reference material for practical application by those directly producing television programs for ethnic minorities nationwide, contributing to improving program quality.
