This clarifies the following:

- Some basic concepts related to the topic include the concept of child sexual abuse, print media; the views of the Party and State on protecting children, preventing child sexual abuse, and the responsibility of the press in this field. The press has actively promoted the development and promulgation of policies and laws on preventing and combating child abuse; the impact of sexual abuse on children's development.
