Thereby clarifying:

- Some basic concepts related to the topic such as the concept of child sexual abuse, print media; the viewpoints of our Party and State on child protection, prevention of child sexual abuse and the responsibility of the press in this field. The press has actively promoted the work of building and promulgating policies and laws on preventing and combating child abuse; the effects of sexual abuse on children's development. At the same time, popularizing and educating the law, knowledge and skills on preventing and combating child abuse; emphasizing the especially important role of the family in nurturing and educating children to form and perfect their personalities; equipping them with knowledge, life skills, self-protection skills and preventing and combating child sexual abuse.

- Clarifying the content and form of propaganda on the issue of preventing and combating child sexual abuse.
