- In the thesis, clearly state related issues, such as: the constant development of communication technology; the need for information reception of the modern public; competition between media in the digital age; the need to improve the competitiveness of local Party newspapers.

- How to use the convergence program to increase interaction between departments, between reporters and the editorial board. Interaction between departments and the editorial board helps reporters receive and exploit multi-dimensional information; the information processing and editing process is strict.

From the management and operation stages, they must be innovated in an open direction to the training of human resources to serve the two editions. In the situation of lack of human resources and lack of conditions for converging working spaces, all reporters of Vinh Long newspaper must be reporters for the two editions, the print newspaper and the online newspaper.

- According to this model, each separate editorial office will be eliminated, all types of newspapers, print or online, will be reorganized into a common editorial office with unified positions and stages of information input, content output as well as building a common development plan for the entire editorial office.

In particular, the author has referenced and learned from the experience of two press agencies that have been quite successful in building editorial offices, namely Binh Duong Newspaper and Quang Ninh Media Center. As a result, it can be applied to build a two-version editorial office for Vinh Long Newspaper. This is also a useful document for other press offices to refer to in building and developing a two-version editorial office, moving towards a converged editorial office.

This is also a useful document for other press agencies to refer to to set up the 2-version newsroom, towards the converged newsroom.
