10. Summary of thesis results:
In chapter 1, the author clarified the related theoretical basis such as concepts, roles, criteria for evaluating effectiveness and conditions for implementing effective methods of producing television news programs.
In chapter 2, in parallel with the survey and comparison of the current status of applying the methods of producing general news programs of Vinh Long and Dong Thap Radio and Television Stations, the author also collects opinions from the audience, interviews managers and those involved in producing local news programs to form arguments, point out the advantages and limitations in applying the current methods of producing news programs at local television stations.
In order to innovate and improve the production method of general news programs at local Radio and Television Stations in the North Song Hau region, the author proposes to focus on solutions regarding human resources, organizational structure, techniques - technology and cooperation, production linkage between specialized departments of local Television Stations, in addition to some recommendations to the Board of Directors of Television Stations, program production teams and proposals on a convergent production model for News programs of local Television Stations.

In Chapter 1, the author has clarified the theoretical basis related to the topic such as concepts, roles, efficiency evaluation criteria and conditions for effective production methods of television News programs.
In Chapter 2, the author surveys and compares the current situation of applying the production methods of News programs of Vinh Long and Dong Thap Radio – Television stations. At the same time, the author also collected the opinion of the audience, interviewed the management staff and participants in the production of local News programs to form arguments and point out the advantages and limitations in the current mode of News program production at the local TV stations.
In order to renovate and improve the mode of News program production at the local Radio - Television stations in the North of Hau River, the author proposes to focus on solutions: human resources, organizational structure, engineering - technology and production cooperation and association between specialized departments of the local Television station. Besides, there were a number of recommendations to the leaders, program production team and proposed convergent production models for local TV stations' News programs.
